We use either a fab eco friendly courier firm or Royal Mail to get your party ware to you.
Standard deliveries normally arrive within 3 - 6 working days. The maximum standard delivery charge is £6.99 per order with a special lower charge on orders under £5.00
If your party date is within 7 days from your order date and you aren't using next day delivery, please let us know so that we can get your party ware to you on time. Simply email your full name and party date to hello@ecomyparty.co.uk.

Delivery charges are added manually at checkout, please choose the correct charge in order that we can process your order efficiently for you.
If you require your order the next day, we offer a next working day delivery service for £8.99 per parcel. This must be placed before 9.45am for guaranteed next day delivery, although we will always do whatever we can to get your order to you in time for your event, so please don't hesitate to contact us to check delivery options; even Saturday and Sunday delivery may be a possibility.
If you live in the South East of England, you are also welcome to collect your order from us, or we may be able to deliver to you in person if you live locally to our headquarters. Please don't hesitate to call or email us to choose either of these options.

*Packaging*
We are concerned about where our products come from, who made them, and where they end up and so we have sourced products and materials that are organic, natural and sustainably-sourced, ethically-made and transported, and biodegradable and reusable - this includes our packaging.
Our packaging is biodegradable and recyclable (even our packing tape) and we often pack in pre-used boxes – instant recycling! We also like recycled brown paper bags, natural rubber bands (which biodegrade at the same rate as an oak leaf!) and tissue paper.
We do occasionally send your orders in non-biodegradable packaging if we are reusing someone else's packaging material - please continue the instant recycling cycle and reuse it to wrap something yourself. Or try something more creative: make a collage or an unusual item of jewellery! Perhaps you could insulate a pipe or protect a piece of furniture. There's no end to the ways in which packaging materials can be transformed - don't send them to landfill!
